Phypso Status

Each monitor is checked at a regular interval. When a check fails, it is not immediately counted as downtime — a confirmation threshold (usually 3 consecutive failures) must be reached before a service is considered down.

Uptime percentage reflects this same threshold. Individual failed checks are grouped: only a complete group of failures equal to the threshold counts as one downtime unit.

This means 1 or 2 missed checks that recover on their own — such as a brief network hiccup or caching delay — do not affect your uptime score.

Downtime during scheduled maintenance windows and incidents marked as third-party or force majeure are excluded from the calculation.
